"I agree , the new part of this "bikeway" looks like it has been designed and engineered by someone who never rides a bike . too narrow , too much concrete , bends too sharp . I wouldn't like to be riding it at night time ."

Now I don't go to work/ride to work , I'm retired, but this looks and sounds like a good idea in many ways and maybe it could work in Australia. It could be a win win for all of us because it would put more bikes on the road .…
Pete, there are different ways of promoting cycling: reporting hazards, bike co-op and organising rides. Yesterday I did the twilight ride of 35km, plus my ride there and back. Currently I do not cycle far or fast.
