A big day in the Barossa. 125kms with 1250 mitres of climbing for the day and the eBike handled it very well. I have ridden 1200km so far and have only had to have the rear derailleur adjusted.

How often do you hit the gas? Did the battery last the full days ride ?

I basically used the electric from Gawler to Tanunda. I must say it was a hard ride even on an electric bike. A head wind all the way to Angaston. Tried to conserve power so turned it of from Tanunda to Angaston. But used it to climb the back road to Menglers Hill. The ride back to Gawler is pretty well down hill from Lyndock. But I certainly needed the power mode from Tanunda to Lyndock as it is quite hilly with lots of ups and downs. The assist stops over 25km/h. So you can leave the power mode on but it just cuts out over 25km/h. I did another 90km ride on it today (19/11/2017). From Sheidow Park C2V trail to Willunga, up Willunga Hill, Range Rd down Wickham Hill onto Clarendon, down Main Rd & Black Rd Down through Hallett Cove and back home 950 mitres of climbing and about the same descending. Left the power mode on 90% of the time and just allowed it to cut in & out as required. Really quite please with the results and the bike.
