Well today was the first Triathlon for the season. I've really been looking forward to getting the Slice out for a race since the Masters Games Duathlon. I thought my last hit out was good, but as it…Continue

I will definitely be racing, at a guess, Gemma will also be there! Mark Robinson, Paula Hollamby and the rest of the PACC volunteer crew will be running them again :)

Its worth mentioning that last year the club were capping the number of entrants at 75 each round (and many more were showing up on the morning wanting to race), so pre-registering is a smart idea!

Haha...I saw you trailing him just after the two of you rounded the first roundabout. It was pretty clear that he was set firmly between the cross-hairs :)

I too set an average faster than previous attempts out there. Shows what a nice road surface can do maybe?!

Round 4 of the PACC TTs was today. An extended version of the course made things just that little bit tougher......4km extra doesn't sound like much, but it hurts a lot at full pace! With very little winds blowing, I was able to set an average speed well above my previous best attempts, which made me a happy camper :) Looking forward to seeing what the new course records are!

I love windy conditions!  Big people always do better comparatively, you whippets get blown about more ;-)

For those who don't think they are fast enough to race, please check out the results.  We had a female CP athlete compete on a trike.  So the rest of you - you have no excuses!!!!!
