Where In The World Is My Bike?
A few of these minor brain teasers popping up on sydneycyclists of late .
Here is a local one ;-) I was actually photographing the local flora (eek!) in the first instance.

I'll guess upper Brownhill Creek beyond Tilley's Hill turn-off (although memory doesn't match that bit of trail with photo).  Yurrebilla Trail?

Somewhat further south than the Brownhill Creek area.

I'd say the south side of Sturt Gorge, towards the eastern end. I know the trail is called Lomandra or something further west.

Close enough. On the trail information sign its called the Wattle Trail. It's my first time along that trail, very pretty although a bit rugged for through cycling. Apparently about 1/2 an hour after I passed through on Sunday, a car crashed into that section of the creek. It was empty and the hand brake had not been applied correctly.

Thanks Jilden - I had absolutely no idea where that was.
Great to be introduced to such lovely places :-)

OK time for another one. WITWIMB?

Stone Hut Rd, Castambul?

Right you are! I haven't been up there for ages, and the Kangaroo Creek Dam repair crews have turned the original bush track into a double lane haul road (the bit visible in the background). All a bit different to a bunch of locked gates you had to heave your bike over, and weeds as far you could see.

A bit more suburban this time - and a bit of Spring in the Air!

Park Ave in Rosslyn Park. Edgcombe street intersection?

And the gentleman has it! Over to you!

Ok, it's a commuter not a MTB, but the only photo I have with me right now, that's in a place people would recognise.
