The project is looking at all levels of sport and active recreation, from getting people more active in their local communities, to supporting grassroots sporting clubs, state associations, and encouraging more cycling and walking.
The SA Govt is seeking feedback from the public.

Better Living Better Health Draft Regional Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2020–2025
The vision of the State Public Health Plan (2019–2024) is for communities that are friendly, safe and sustainable with well-designed places that support physical and mental health and wellbeing. This includes being able to walk or cycle to local services, having easily accessible public transport to larger centres, being able to make nutritious food choices and enjoy being active in parks and other recreational facilities. The vision also sees South Australia’s rich diversity celebrated, community activities accessible to everyone and residents participating and having a say in community life.
Better Living Better Health Draft Regional Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2020–2025 is the regional public health and wellbeing plan for the Eastern Health Authority (EHA) constituent councils of Burnside, Campbelltown, Prospect, Norwood Payneham & St Peters, and Walkerville.

For what it's worth , I've done the survey.

Yes, I did the survey. Whilst I facilitate and coach children's sports, I responded mainly as a commuting cyclist and simply suggested that existing road laws could be enforced to make cycling safer. I feel that if they are serious about getting people involved in physical activity, something tangible and meaningful like this would be far more effective than yet another website, pamphlet or poster.
