Nothing ground breaking in any of those. just more lanes for more cars.  

I noted that "consideration of active transport opportunities" was low on the list. Also "consideration" rather than action.
However, will inform cyclists who have the option of providing feedback to the planners.

Sounds like $115m will be spent on projects to temporarily reduce traffic congestion.
Studies show that the real solution is to get people out of cars to embrace other transport modes.
