Police are investigating a break-in and theft of property from an unoccupied Lenswood home.
The occupants had evacuated their Mawson Road, Lenswood home due to the Cudlee Creek fire and returned home to find their house had been broken into and property stolen.
The break-in occurred some time between Friday 20-Dec-2019 and Sunday 22-Dec-2019.
Stolen items include a distinctive white and red Fuji road bike, camera equipment, a Macbook Pro and gardening equipment.
Anyone with information about this break-in or the whereabouts of the stolen property is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online at www.crimestopperssa.com.au
Hills Fleurieu CIB detectives are investigating and encourage the public to report suspicious behaviour to the police assistance line on 131 444.  Detectives want to dismiss the idea that suspicious behaviour can only occur at night and encourage the reporting of anyone or any vehicle that seems out of place at any hour of the day or night.
