Comment by Pete (repeats ?) Roberts on August 3, 2012 at 12:14 Lets hope they don't sweep all the road crap onto the the new Green lanes like they do on the now into our existing bike lanes.
I can just imagine the abuse we will get from drivers, when we ride outside of the green lanes to avoid all the crap build up in our pretty new lanes...

Comment by Richard Smith on August 1, 2012 at 20:24 And the Green Bike lanes also vaporise at intersections - even less continuity than the old bike lanes (Watch video carefully - 2 places)
They left out "Would all cyclists kindly teleport through the intersection so as not to be a problem to motorised vehicles, as we find it too hard to put the bike lanes where they are really needed, and just stick them where its easy"
Saw them painting the bike lanes green on Greenhill Road today.
The same with anywhere on King William St. Every. Single. Night.
Comment by Trevor Hill on August 1, 2012 at 13:23 I hope they do Diagonal Rd just before Sturt Rd. The cars love to bank up and park over the bike lane.
