Steve, we might disagree on a few things but we are both passionate cyclists. Also I respect anyone who passionately makes a stand for what they believe in, whether I agree with it or not.
Stephen, I suggest that you start a group on AC for those with medical reasons who cannot wear a helmet. Another cyclist posted on AC. Find the regulations on exemptions for seat belts, and adults with disabilities cycling on SA footpaths. Plus the regulations on wearing helmets. Reckon it is Federal not State, so Conlon does not have to deal with it. Then search the web for Ministers who may be interested: Transport, Road Safety, Environment, Health, Disability, etc, and go from there. I am too busy with cycling advocacy to help you further. Sounds better coming from cyclists who know the various medical conditions.
