Hi Frank, can I please get prices on the jerseys please, also are they big sizes? I was looking at the "spares" and there are only L or 2xl left at the moment.. I think the large will be to small and the 2xl may be a touch big, am I able to try one on if any are still available on saturday? I was in Mildura saturday so couldnt make it but look forward to the next one..

hi frank, thanks for the message. will try to get out to a ride one day. have to fit my rides in with my ultra marathon training. only been riding for 8 weeks. completed velo 110km the other week. that was my introduction to riding in a group. learnt quite alot that day.

Hi Frank. Thanks for introducing me yesterday and checking on me as the ride progressed You are a very friendly bunch of people and I had a great day out with you all.

Look forward to doing it again. I think I need to bring something to eat next time. All was pretty good until just out of Wasleys on the way to Roseworthy. Suddenly I had Mick with me, and Mark tailed along too to keep me company. Either the the three or four that stayed behind me on the first wo legs were just being niceto me, or I ran out of energy. Not sure which. Its all a learning experience, so no doubt I will work it all out over the next few rides.

Am going to buy one of those Gawler Wheelers jackets from Star Cycles so I can put some jelly snakes in the back pocket! And advertise the club of course!

Had my first ride with the GW on Saturday which coincided with the anniversary - an impressive bunch on all fronts.  Had a good time albeit a challenge considering it was my 2nd week (and 2nd ride) within the last 8 or so years... looking to make a come back and a personal introduction coming on.

I see that you are the organiser of the GW group rides. I'm trying to start up a group ride around the golden grove/tea tree gully areas. I'm a complete group ride novice, and was wondering if you would mind if I used (with full credit given of course) your 'group ride guidelines' documentation and recommendations when setting up and listing our 'event' on AC? Your guidelines and recommendations are very comprehensive and sensible and I understand that they would have taken quite some time and effort to compile, and will therefore understand if you're reluctant to let someone else use them.
