After a pre-check with my Bike, cranking the gear changes by hand, the computer whirred and came to life,
The Green light lit up meaning the battery if full, still.
Hopefully I will still have something left in my tank and legs for tom race, at least I will give it a shot...

Thanks for the comments, Good Lucks etc..

I was feeling crook/sick, (Night Shift) Finished work 630am this morning, usually 8-9am I told Manager Im going early so that didnt let her overpower me LOL
Had 2hr sleep, mistakenly I slept in, long story.
God sms me so that woke me up in my sleep and I found I had 1/2hr more to sleep I shoved the phone away in my sleep and didnt return it under the pillow, I slept in 1/2hr by mistake
Got up and spewed, rushed about, etc only had 1/2 breaky what I usual have.

Got to race on time, lucky,

Didnt have any interest in it, was flat etc so i rode smart even I wanted to pull out 1/2 way through.
Yea Raced with 43 together with A and B grade in field,
I finished 6th for A grade but Im in B grade I finished 2nd.

I thought I was no good from how my morning was...
Interesting.

Won a Body Max session, will be awesome to see what my result is and the outcome from the professionals.

I had trouble driving my van, was falling sleep.
I know its not a good sound of putting other road users at risk but I dont want my work, day sleep etc to get in the way of my social life/sport life.
I must have been full of adrenaline rush afterwards with endriphions kicking in so I drove home better.

nice little medal for second place hey ?

Comment by Justin Dunn on August 20, 2011 at 19:55

Thanks
'little'?? A Medal is pricless not matter what size LOL

By the way all 3 medals went to A grade, suprised none for B grade.
Oh Well.

Yea got told not to park at oval on the spot like Kate mentioned, I didnt get that email.

Chris Luxton took out and caught me by suprise, he was explosive in sprinting, I didnt know where he came from, I finished behind him.

Congratulations - on not running a cyclist over when you fell asleep. I would love to see that defence in court - I didn't want to let the rules get in the way of my social life!

I think you are a liability on your bike and in your car.
