Had a few spare hours today waiting for a delivery from Stratco, I was a little bored and had a dirty chain. I've had this idea bouncing around in my head for some time and after a quick trip down to J-Car I came back with a little device, namely a motorised gearbox.

The rest is history.

Was hanging out to see the cleaned chain.......

LOL, the chain actually cleaned up fantastically. No grit noise between the plates which I have always found difficult to eliminate completely. After a quick wipe down the chain came up cleaner than ever.

Can you make a really big one so I can wash the bike and the chain at the same time,

Has the bike rack gone into production yet?

Thats pretty neat. I normally just dump my chain into a plastic orange juice bottle and shake it all about. Probably a similar result, but with a lot more effort!

A question for you guys in general, how do you dispose of the cleaning fluid used? Presumably not down the drain?
