I had no problems at all. From memory you have to go right through the payment process before the  redemption code box comes up. If you are buying anything off a sale then the voucher cannot be used. Jaggad sent an order confirmation as well as notification when the order had been posted. Great to deal with. Sizes are small so suggest going one size up (check their size charts). If in doubt, email them. I agree that thet are very helpful.

I just used one and it seemed to go fine. received my new windproof vest yesterday :) 

as said by Gillian, sizes seem to be a touch on the smaller side.

I want to order just one item, but the site keeps defaulting to two items! It then totals the two items and subtracts the $60. So then you have to go back and amend the order to one item, but voila, the discount disappears! I've tried ringing jaggad but all you get is a silly recorded message. I've emailed them three times and am still waiting on help. This is not a user friendly site, as far as I'm concerned. Very frustrating.
