Hello,
Yesterday on the Cancer Voices SA ride as we rode into the last third of Norton Summit, where the sun pops over the waterfall in the gully to the left, my co-rider said to me "do you always ride with your left shoulder slumped?" My other ride buddy said "...and with your head tilted like Cadel Evans"? Great! At least now I've got some more things to talk about with my physio. But it is the reason… Continue

Ah, the serenity
On Friday evening, the penultimate of winter 2010, I went for a ride and it was quite lovely and makes me so happy I cycle in Adelaide. I rode up Montacute Rd not really knowing where I would go except Marble Hill would be nice (and a PB for me).
