Repco Roadie

Mate of mine dropped in yesterday on his commute bike which is a rather beat up Repco steel framed racer - 12 speed.

Anyways after a bit of a yack and a cuppa I check out his bike as he not uncommonly asks me for mechanical tweaks - it wasn't dropping onto the smallest cog on the rear cassette, so a simple adjustment seemed the go... The back wheel is/was totally buckled and has been in need of a couple of new spokes for a while. I was horrified to find spoke tension totally "floppy"…
