"GPX link   save the file to your computer plug your Garmin 200 in and put the file in the "newfiles" folder on it safety remove the Gamin and when you turn it on, the map will/should available in courses. "
My problem is the fundamental one of not being able to find the GPX file!

Hi Roger

Cheers for that, I am trying to improve my climbing times, slowly getting there.  I have thought about comming out for a ride with the GG.  It is dificult juggling work, study, and a 5yr old so I generally just grab time when I can to cycle and it never seems to work out for a Sunday mornings.  Maybe one day.
