Hi, You might get this from others but Caroline, a GW member, also wrote this on the site a while ago (I googled it) she said:

Chris and I both had a bike fit done at EFM Physiotherapy, Charles St, Adelaide ph 8232 2504. James the physio works with a bike mechanic (cant remember his name) to assess your body and bike and set it up as optimally as possible.  I've continued to see James and Tara for ongoing treatment, and I highly recommend them.  Their treatments have been more effective (and less painful) than years of chiro, remedial massage and other physio that I've tried.  (http://www.efmphysiotherapy.net.au/staff/  From memory, I think the bike fit was about $250 but you can claim the physio component on your health insurance.
