Thanks for saying G'day Wilson. I may be able to join your group rides when i'm looking for 100km rides, it would be 40+ to get to gawler, before doing the hills riding that I'd like to be doing more of.  I'll keep you posted as I improve.

Hi Wilson

thanks for the welcome. I'm not sure if I could keep up with you lot at this stage. I regular ride the Munno Para to Gawler section of the Expressway but thats the most I have ridden up to this point. Working my way up to possibly do the Big Red Ride if I manage to make that sort of distance.

I have a mountain bike and have kept my rides on fairly level ground so far.
