BIke Lanes Enforcable Again

Changes to the Australian Road Rules were released yesterday afternoon. Bike lanes subject to time limits appear to be enforceable again.

"No no no mate. You miss the point. Adelaide motorists are so bad that they keep missing us. Bikelanes provide the drivers with a known victim stream so that they don't have to waste any precious thinking power looking for us."
