"A month warranty for a frame aint too bad. The reason I never sold any euro style bikes was the average wait was many months and then it was a real issue with the distributor.
Ive learned from working in retail and having a lot of warranty stuff…"

My issue with the Giant store wasn't how long it would take, it was that four times they said they'd have an answer for me within a few days and, instead, a whole week went by with nothing."
"Can I ask what went wrong with the frame? When I bought my bike there a couple of years ago, the lifetime frame warranty was one of the things which made me choose a Giant, plus they were very price competitive. I have since read that frame…"

"I had some pretty poor customer service there recently, at least on the communication front. They were replacing the frame of my commuter bike under its lifetime warranty, which was great, but if I hadn't kept calling them I wouldn't have…"

Hi Troy, could you not post photos from Marathon stamped on them. Basically you don't have the copyright to repost them (even though they are of you). I have to ask members every season to refrain from doing it or I get emIls from them telling me to take them down.
So could you please delete them. If you did buy them please post them if you can scan or have un-watermarked versions.
Ultimately the watermark is distracting and not a good look.
Cheers and I hope you understand. Copyright is a complicated issue and one I do take seriously.
