I haven't been up the cycle path by the freeway as yet but it's time I did. I know there are some who have tried, some who want to try, some who have succeeded and want to do it again and some who do it regularly. I am a keen road cyclist, relatively new to the sport and so far having a wonderful time on the bike.
Triathlon (and duathlon) has recently taken my fancy, and i try to commute as often as practical (not as often as I would like)
