The driver's manner then improved.

I would say you have recently updated your internet explorer browser to IE9 and it's caused a known problem. Either try a different browser like Firefox (which is much better anyway) or Chrome. Failing that have you changed some antivirus settings lately? Let me know next week how you went and I can report it.
