"also you said you have checked battery, have you checked both, speed/cadence sensor & heart rate, need to check both, they are linked. Otherwise as Gus says sounds like a warranty issue, nothing more frustrating"

"My 500 distance display doesnt update sometimes while on the trainer. I just stop it and reset to zero and it usually comes right."

"I think what you are doing is right. Sounds like a warranty issue to me. Can you try pairing your HR strap to another device to work out if it is the sensor or the Edge unit. As for distance, not sure. Do you start the timer?"

Any ideas?The second problem I have is with the heart rate monitor which simply does not give me a heart rate reading.
