Hi All, had the misfortune of having to endure the new Tranmere ServiceSA centre yesterday, and rode over there and what do I find but nowhere to securely, safely lock up my bike near the entrance. The customer service officer suggested I "...lock it up to a rail out the back"....but I always thought that under policy for reducing car usage in SA that bicycle parking was a requirement of new developments.
