Profile Information

What bikes do you ride?
For commuting I have a 1998 Cannondale CAD2 R300 aluminium-frame bike with Shimano 105 components, a Ground Effect 'Free Loader' pannier rack, and Ortlieb Back-Roller Plus panniers.

For rides other than commutes, (e.g. early morning hills rides, or weekend racing or training rides) I alternate between two carbon fibre bikes:

* A 2006 Specialized Roubaix Pro, with Dura-Ace running gear.

* A 2010 Cannondale Synapse 3 with Ultegra running gear
When do you ride?
Weekends, Commute, Racing

I commute on weekdays, & participate in Cobwebs and/or Cancer Voices and/or Bike SA rides on weekends - averaging about 300 - 350k a week

Hi Shane, thanks for adding the post 'what's your excuse for not cycling' to Stumbleupon. I was doing some digging about and looking at the site analytics and that post had a lot of traffic. I dug some more and found the traffic had come from Stumbleupon. I also added the site to Stumble because I know how it can help searchability.

Hi Shane, sorry, not sure what coffee shop we will hit when we get there, guess it will depend on who wants to go where, and how many people are already at the coffee shops!

When I head through this way, it is normally on one of my Victor return rides, & I only really stop at Victor on these for a quick bite before heading home again.
