L Ride Route 2 - McLaren Vale at McLaren Vale

"Tim nails it. I did a lot of descending work with Steve from procyclingskills. A good way to practice getting a line is on not very steep hills - even flat roads with bends. He writes his tips  the procyclingtours newsletter here. (page 6)"
