Rosalie ( Grace N here ...) I am trying to locate Tom Eltridge Smith, who sufferred a severe crash some years ago on Churchill rd, following a malicious object throwing incident... i am interested to know the course of his rehab...but i can't find any contact at the usual places, so i wonder if you have news of him ( he was a BISA stalwart...) any clues welcome !
