Matt Koukourou said… Yes Paul am one of the weekend warriors a little, nothing too major but just trying to build it up. Also do commute atleast once a week.
During winter I have knee and arm warmers and shoe covers - and the most important full finger gloves!
Will try and get you out to one of our L rides from Port Norlunga - great for new to cycling people as slow pace and no-one is left behind. Constant re-groups etc.

heather said… Hi Paul, know what you mean about a great commute on the Veloway. For a while I regularly caught the train south, attended to business (garage too slowly restored my classic car taking years!), then cycled back to the city. Often said hi to commuting cyclists heading home after an early shift, or starting a late shift. Cheers, Heather
heather said… Hi Paul,
Welcome to Adelaide Cyclists. You might be interested in joining AC group Commuters and, if you cycle in the city, Adelaide BUG. I coordinate four AC groups with emphasis on improving cycling conditions: Adelaide BUG, Prospect BUG, Look For Cyclists and Vote For Cyclists. There is more info in the introduction on each group web page.
Cheers, Heather
