Hi Paul,

While seriously, seriously tempted (hence befriending you) I have to admit to having a bit too much on my plate at the moment. I have already said no to the AHVCC race this weekend as I just need a weekend off from racing (between rowing and cycling and masters games I have raced every week for almost 2 months). I have a massive regatta in Melbourne in 10 days and should be "tapering" for this. That said I hate the thought that people may miss out, I have toyed all day with it but I think if I am doing right by myself I have to say no. Next year I wont try and kill myself by competeing in two sports and may well be up for it. Good luck, I will be there but just as a supporter.

Sarah
