Paul Inglis replied to Elayne Sanders's discussion Safe passage from crafer bike path across and through Toll gate
"From what I remember of when the old freeway was the only freeway, it was chaos. Most of the traffic was doing 80-100 and in some corners you felt like the truck next to you was going to tip over. Traffic was very congested as well, more like South…"

Paul Inglis replied to Martin Turner's discussion AFL drug monitoring - what a joke.
"That's a very cynical and depressing opinion. Perhaps you shouldn't believe everything you hear from pros or ex pros as well."

Paul Inglis replied to Martin Turner's discussion AFL drug monitoring - what a joke.
"You do realise the three strikes policy refers only to the AFLs recreational drug testing that is in addition to the normal ASADA/WADA testing. If a player tests positive under the latter they are subject to the same sanctions as a cyclists."

Paul Inglis commented on Steven Ellison's blog post Enough is Enough! - 7 punctures in 20 rides
"Using Schwalbe Ultremos and those Lifeline tubes is a recipe for lots of punctures. Ultremos are race tyres that are designed for speed not puncture resistance. Rubinos should last a lot longer. Lifeline tubes look to cheap to be trustworthy."

Paul Inglis replied to Brett G-R's discussion Chain Length
"It may be possible to get away without changing the chain length but even if you do it should only be about 2 or 3 links that you need to remove anyway. Have you had a proper bike fit done, your knee pain could be eliminated. Changing to compacts…"

"All road brake calipers are designed for a left hand front brake setup. Having it the other way around increases the bend of the cables and therefore the friction between the inner and outer. I have have mine right hand front anyway."

Hi Paul,

Are you still keen for Friday's race?  Be better if I can sort out your permit beforehand, even if I just get your address, phone, DOB etc.  Cheers

HI and welcome!

The bike workshop is with council at the moment. They are not moving as fast as we expected. Hopefully we'll have some news next week. Join the group for the workshop on this site to keep in the loop.

Cheers
