Next hint. As you cycle in Adelaide, why don't you join the AC online group Adelaide BUG that I coordinate? I report any hazards to ACC and usually prompt in fixing most hazards. Some are in the too hard basket, like making room on North Terrace and King William Street for bicycle lanes.
Another hint. Currently 66 members. Do a group email AND post about your missing bike. Include the date it went missing. Perhaps someone was cycling in the city and saw your bike.
