"Maybe the company running the building site needs to be asked what its policy of their staff/ contractors endangering /inconveniencing the public is. Typically they would have some sort of duty of care not to create a hazard."

Uni student, race in northern tassie, enjoy exploring new roads/regions especially with hills to get a good view. Have competed in tt's, mountain climbs, open road races, mtb enduros and audax ride.
