Kids are welcome to ride either on their own bike, in a trailer or even on a tag-along bike.The ride starts from the bike trail just off Kangarilla Road next to Oxenbery Farm Winery and Cafe Arrive at the trail any time after 1pm for an 1.20pm ride briefing and a 1.30pm departure. I started riding as a way to get out of the car in October 2011 quickly decided that I loved it. Entered the Bupa challenge and dedicated the ride to my Dad who I lost to cancer. NOw Cycling is our family was of life and would not give it up!!

My 12 months as a cyclist

I knew the anniversary of me getting a bike was coming up and it turned out to be yesterday 17th September. I may only be 33, but it was still a long time since I owned a bike back in my teens, so it took some courage getting back on a bike after such a long time.

My first ride on a road bike!

Well the day came around for my usual Wednesday ride but today was different as I was allowed to ride my husbands Giant TCR Advanced 3!
