Ive learned the secret to eating well is to eat enough cals or our fav healthy foods and then its easy to say no to the other stuff. Bit like driving a car when tired. Its hard to say no to napping behind the wheel but if we have enough sleep then its easy.

heather said… Jules, my GP told me that a broken shoulder is one of the worst fractures and to expect months of physio. Still too soon to know if full recovery. However, I have since heard from 4 people who were left with some permanent injury. I would expect a broken pelvis or back to be worse.
