Bike Rollers

Posted on July 12, 2011 at 23:16 3 Comments

After some advice about bike rollers. I'm a bit of a fair weather cyclist so I'm not getting out on the bike much lately. I am thinking of getting a bike roller so I can keep active during the winter. I have heard that they also help to improve your handling which would be a bonus. Anyone got one? What's the pros and cons in relation to a standard stationary trainer? They're not cheap so I'm just trying to weigh up the benefits. Any info would be appreciated.
