..perhaps some more information about yourself for your profile page
My name is John Kobes and I am a web designer living and working in Murray Bridge. I am 58 years old.

I took up riding a couple of years ago to gain fitness and lose some weight. Once I started, I caught the cycling bug and upgraded my bike and bought the right kit.

I now ride most days, sometimes with my wife, but mostly by myself. I try to ride at least 100km per week.

I ride mostly on the open road, heading for Tailem Bend, Jervois, Wellington, Monarto, Palmer, etc. I have successfully ridden up to Crafers from Portrush Rd and up both sides of Palmer Hill to test myself.
