SSRC P & L Ride combined at Coast to Vines adjacent to the Almond Train

The Cricks will not be available for this days L ride so I have decided to provide a ride that includes a 40 km L ride embedded in this P ride. The first 35 km's will be ridden as an L ride, at their speed, and the P group will have a 15 km section on the end at our own speed.  This will add even more undulation on top of that from the L route and allow for a faster paced finish to meet up with the rest of the group at the cottage Bakery in McLaren Vale.I am sorry this ride will not be a little…See More

Hmmmm, yes I understand that "regret" completely.  The first time I attempted Corkscrew I had to get off and walk half way up.  Second time...no stopping and felt invincible - that feeling is a great motivator!  Tap into one of your recent sucessful experiences to get you over the hump.

Hey Jas :-)

Hope you pulled up ok after Sunday, what a cool day.  I'm not sore at all, but I was tired when I got home.

On 9-Oct how do you know the weather forecast for 31-Oct? Did you leave out the word IF in your sentence, or a confusion with the date?

Do you cycle to work? If not, check out the timetables for free trams and buses within the City. There is also an ACC free bus although if you miss the bus, a long wait for the next. I do not know the ACC bus route.
