Hi Jackie,
You don't have to be a commuter. The only requirement to join Adelaide BUG is to cycle in the ACC area, that is suburbs of North Adelaide and/or Adelaide. If you cycle in the area, then more likely to be interested in cycling facilities here and also recognise cycling hazards here. Members can request the free monthly newsletter.
