"My primary reason for not riding in the wet is safety.  Reduced visibility and traction significantly increase the risks in the wet.  Of course the thought of being cold and wet helps motivate me to put safety first."

An interesting weekend of cycling activities

My weekend started with a few hours at the community bicycle workshop I had a free-wheel I was keen to try and revive. However I am not confident this was successful.

I went on a “Thursday Rural Ride” with the Adelaide Touring cyclists today.
