..perhaps some more information about yourself for your profile page: my name is dianne davies and live at westlakes shore, i ride 6 days a week riding 50-60ks a day. i ride for fitness and enjoy the companionship of other riders while out on the road. coffee stops are a must on the training rides and glenelg is the halfway mark home, i have been riding about 10 years now previously i was a marathon walker, i have made a lot of friends since riding and enjoy my rides as it keeps me fit and helps with my arthritis problems as it is a low impact sport.
