"Scott, Pt Wakefield is around the 300km mark on the 400/600 and about 100km from Gawler on return via Balaklava, Owen, Hamley Bridge, Wasleys etc. Depends on how ur feeling u could power nap (20-30mins) at any place eg Pt Wakefield, Balak, Owen and…"

Thanks for the invite to join an Audax ride. I was never up to that standard. Unfortunately ill health that causes fatigue has reduced my previous abilities, of cycling 80 km on the flat, sitting on just over 30 km/h for an hour, MTBiking all day, or cycling up Old Willunga Hill. I still utility cycle and am very active with cycling advocacy. I coordinate on AC the web pages for Adelaide BUG, Prospect BUG, Look For Cyclists and Vote For Cyclists. Say hi to Matt for me.
