Having read a bit about trainers and not being keen to have to replace back tyres or buy a training wheel for each bike, we decided today to invest in a spin bike instead, We went with the hire purchase arrangement - it's interest free and the amount we have already paid will come off the purchase price if we decide to keep it.

Today I followed up on my BikeSA maintenance course and tackled changing a tube... chose the back wheel because it's trickier (I figure Mr Murphy will ensure my first flat is on the back if I don't know what to do!).
