SSRC P & L Ride combined at Coast to Vines adjacent to the Almond Train

The Cricks will not be available for this days L ride so I have decided to provide a ride that can be completed by those that would normally ride on the L but will be a little more challenging. It will be paced slightly slower than a normal P ride but will be the distance of a P ride. I have not worked out a course yet but expect it to be around 50 to 55 km's with only slightly more undulation than a normal L ride.I am sorry this ride will not be a little more challenging to the regular P…See More

"Much more noticeable with cheaper kit, I suspect the material is more staticy (is that a word?) and they tend to stretch after washing. Plus the BUPA kit is oversized to start with. Time to buy some 'exclusive" kit ;) "

Hi Andrew

I'm hoping to be able to make it to the ride this Saturday.  What is generally the average speed for this ride?  How far do you go?

Hi Andrew, thanks for liking Prospect BUG web. Have you thought of joining and receiving a monthly newsletter? OK, you might not cycle in Prospect often when you are based in Aldinga, but it includes cycling info from AC, ACC and SA. Cheers, Heather, Coordinator
