I am proud of my son who's four and rode 10 kms during the Velo Family day ride, till he had to walk up Frome Road. Priceless

Comment by Gus K on March 18, 2012 at 18:33 Very cute. My son rode a two wheel bike (before he'd only had a balance bike) for the first time this weekend. It's a really special moment.
Gotta love those jersey size charts! No knicks??

Comment by Gus K on March 18, 2012 at 18:55 It's hard walking in cleats.

Comment by RD6 on March 20, 2012 at 17:40 Liam's spiel about the Sunday Family ride, I liked hearing all the bike bells at the start of the ride and I liked going down Frome road as well few downhill sections along the 10 km route. I liked wearing my registration bib pinned on my back. I enjoyed riding along the river torrens bike path with mummy, daddy ( RD6 ) and Robbie ( RD7). I even had a drink of Powerade at the finish and enjoyed those four bike activities which were great fun as well got a free water bottle
