I am proud of my son who's four and rode 10 kms during the Velo Family day ride, till he had to walk up Frome Road. Priceless

Yellow jersey, just like Cadel's.

Hopefully this will encourage young kids to get off their butts off from those obesity inducing consoles and experience the real world out there.

Very cute. My son rode a two wheel bike (before he'd only had a balance bike) for the first time this weekend. It's a really special moment.

It's hard walking in cleats.

He did repeats of Willunga hill in the morning with dad, give him a break.

Liam's spiel about the Sunday Family ride, I liked hearing all the bike bells at the start of the ride and I liked going down Frome road as well few downhill sections along the 10 km route. I liked wearing my registration bib pinned on my back. I enjoyed riding along the river torrens bike path with mummy, daddy ( RD6 ) and Robbie ( RD7). I even had a drink of Powerade at the finish and enjoyed those four bike activities which were great fun as well got a free water bottle
