Three corner jack - leave it in!
I felt something in my rear wheel riding and when I stopped I found this in my tyre. As I was three or so KMs from home what didn't I do? I didn't pull it out and it was a race against air pressure to get home. I don't think I lost even 10psi.
It's flat now of course.

Yep, really fast too. Lucky I took advantage of the special Adelaide Cyclists offer on tubes from Trak Cycles!
