Epic fail or wwhs (what would Hal say)
Spotted this on Grenfell St. They say the city is a hot bed of bike theft. I wonder why?

If they didn't want to use the bike rack they should have left it for someone else! Do you think they just had a temporary brain explosion? - its the sort of thing I might do when busy or distracted... :)

While unlocking my bike I saw a hipster park his bike outside Maga Bike (city) and he had a coil lock around this frame; he proceded to pull one part of the coil over the bike rack and just walked off!
I thought: Well here's the safest place for my bike - next to one that can be stolen :D
