can complete 1-2 full laps of the course)

Andrew Vogler is an accredited sports scientist and operator of a sports physiology practice Adelaide Human Performance. He has taken the time to write some really informative blog posts about heart rate, training and power meters. The first post is about about age-related norms for maximum heart rate (HRmax) and the second, a follow-up of sorts, about the difference between training with a power meter or heart rate.
Personally I got a lot out of reading them and I thank Andrew for taking the time to write them. He has offered Adelaide Cyclists members a 10% discount on testing at Adelaide Human Performance. If you are looking for an edge in your training, or want to know your true Vo2max,contact Andrew on 8340 0572
