The Muddies.
Information
A road cycling group based in the southern suburbs. Social/training rides will be held on alternate Saturday mornings starting from Hallett Cove, see the "Events" section of this site for details of the next ride.
All riders with sufficient fitness to tackle the undulations and hills of the Fleurieu peninsula are welcome.
Riders ride at their own risk of injury or bicycle damage and are strongly advised to have some form of cycle specific insurance.
A tail end Charlie will be appointed on each ride to ensure no one gets left behind.

Just thought I would do some promoting for some SSRC rides happening this week.
Two rides coming up this week
Paul has organised a ride mid morning after any Anzac remembrance services on Wednesday
and of course the regular L ride on Saturday

Glad to see it is just not us Muddies that have trouble agreeing on Jersey colour and design after reading the new Adelaide Cyclist logo and winter clothing ... lol '-)

I've had a sneak preview of the new logo colour designs and I reckon they look great. If Gill doesn't post them I'll post them later.
@ Michelle, the logo stands out more with the wording separated.

The crab and writing look better than I thought on the yellow, but it is still a little bit lost. Looking forward to seeing what else you come up with :-)

Below are some photos of my Muddies prototype jersey. Sorry about the model but $5 doesn't go far these days!
Thanks to Michelle I now have the separated Crab and word "Muddies" and I am working on some simple design options is various colours. Red and black gets a look in despite my better judgement ;-) There are no additions to the colour templates other than the crab and "Muddies". I hope to have these ready to show at the end of the Muddies ride next Saturday.....

I'll try to get to the next Muddies' post-ride coffee gathering and bring the jersey. I have had some thoughts re changes now that I've seen the colour matchings. I won't elaborate here until folks have had a look, cheered, booed, burned me at the stake....!
