Information

The Muddies

A road cycling group based in the southern suburbs. Social/training rides will be held on alternate Saturday mornings  starting from various locations, see the "Events" section of this site for details of the next ride.

All riders with sufficient fitness to tackle the undulations and hills of the Fleurieu peninsula and Adelaide hills are welcome.

Riders ride at their own risk of injury or bicycle damage and are strongly advised to have some form of cycle specific insurance.

A tail end Charlie will usually be appointed on each ride to ensure no one gets left behind.

I guess that settles that!

8am, RBE, Sunday 3 November!  Lobethal & back, with a few little detours!

8am RBE sounds good to me.

8am at RBE is fine by me.

@ Paul - I don't think the 3 Nov ride needs its own 'event'...?

I'm sure none of us would mind if anyone else wants to join in: Leigh, Pat, Matt, Matt, Matt, Bueller, etc.

What time suits you guys?  I guess you need to allow a bit extra for the drive/cycle up to RBE.  8am too early?

Any of those hills are OK for me Pat. The only one I haven't done is Oakridge but ok with Bains or Education for a change.

If I have my new steed I'll come and break her in if not I'll pass... Too hilly for my fat ass!!!

You ride those roads all the time Pat, it will be good to go and ride some less familiar roads for a change :-)
