The final 3 options have been decided so now it's time to vote for the jersey that you would like as our Muddies' Group Jersey. This is not an order page. Please list your top 2 preferences. The jerseys are lettered so let's say for example that you like C the most followed by A as your second choice, then please type: 1C, 2A.

For the sake of clarity the pictures from left to right are FRONT (full zip), BACK (pockets), LEFT side & RIGHT side.  (The side panels on A do not show the black front).

There is room for adding names on the top left chest area. This can be done individually in Adelaide, but I will find out if it can be done as part of the manufacturing process.

I was going to say if you ever need a local manufacturer as another option I know the owners of the sportscentre at Port Road who make and print all forms of clothing including cycling clothing, food for thought for you

Thanks Paul. I'll keep them in mind when we get to manufacture stage. I hope to have some Chinese pricing options next week. It's difficult getting quotes when order numbers are unsure and getting orders could be tricky if folks haven't got a price....

I contacted T-Shirt City today after wondering about name printing on black at 02.30 this am! It seems the CVSA black printing was done on the BUPA red/orange jerseys this year. If we have a yellow-fronted jersey then permanent black names in "ink" is no drama. If we get black-fronted jerseys then they will have to apply some sort of transfer, probably in yellow writing. The permanency of the transfer is not guaranteed. Anyhow, I am awaiting a reply re details and costings.....

I have contacted Eclipse about the green tinge to their yellow jersey panels. Apparently it's not their fault and the coloured boxes on their site cannot be relied upon for colour matching. Excellent!! It would appear that I need to provide CMYK data re each colour.....

Pass the bottle!

You have your work cut out Gillian. Good luck getting it all sorted out...

I personally would rather use a local supplier but it all comes down to quality and cost :-)

Using a local supplier would certainly suit me as we would know exactly what we were getting, what the colours would look like and the name printing could probably be done at point of manufactuer. I suspect cost might be an issue locally. Having said that, I have PM'ed Paul re his contact. Port Adelaide's not that far! :)

Gillian,

if you are thinking about going local, would it help with the cost if we offered the printer advertising space on the jersey's

No! But thanks:)

We have been down that road and decided against sponsors. More logos, words and probably unmatching colours...

It would appear that I need to provide CMYK data re each colour.....

Would Pantone colour references do ? I think they're an international std for colour.

Matt, you will be able to get the CMYK breakdown for all Pantone colours. It can be done quite easily in Photoshop. If you need any help I'll be more than happy to show you or convert it myself.
At least if you do provide them with the CMYK breakdown they have no come back if they get the colours wrong.

Thanks guys, I will be in touch if CMYKs are needed. Quotes are starting to come in and it looks like we can bypass the Eclipse glitch.

when can we try them on?

nothing like being keen Matt!!!
